Returns and Exchanges: –

You maybe able to change your order if you advise us prior to your order being shipped. To see if your order can be changed please email us at info@horseandriderapparel.com.au.
To exchange an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or if the item is not suitable. Please choose carefully and use sizing charts as a guide. Refunds will be provided if a product is faulty and H&R Apparel does not have a suitable replacement. Providing a refund is at the discretion of Bare Equestrian. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.

PRICING, DISPATCH AND SHIPPING:-

Online orders can only be accepted with payment via Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard), Afterpay, ZipPay and PayPal, Direct Deposit.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from suppliers. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing at any time. H&R Apparel reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing the order, you will be informed of dispatch, but please be mindful that sometimes there maybe a delay in dispatch due things that can be out of our control.
When paying with Direct deposit it takes 2 business days to appear in our accounts depending on banks and weekends so your item will be sent once the money has cleared into our account you will be informed of this.

Online orders for delivery within Australia are normally dispatched via Australia Post and usually arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch. We will deliver throughout Australia to your Home or Business Address, or if you are purchasing a gift, to your gift recipient’s address within Australia. Each order requires a single delivery point. It’s recommended that you consider where you will be during business hours, to ensure you put down a relevant delivery address. Express post can be arranged if needed.
